This South of Market loft, a pied-a-terre for a photographer and his wife, received the Grand Award from NARI, the National Association of Remodeling Industries. The judges honored the Tehama Street project for its "beautiful execution of detail; compelling brush strokes of design; wonderful restraint; clean execution in the overall idea and detailing; and good function."
